The hotel's location is a major advantage, as it is located right at the shore of Devka beach. Guests can enjoy the beautiful sea view from their rooms and have direct access to the beach. the Solmar restaurant is located exactly on the beach side, allowing guests to dine while enjoying the scenic coastal view.
The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms seems to be an issue, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

sea view beach restro, where you can eat, is within short walking distance to the hotel. superb location, daman airport was 3 miles away. this venue is a decent place for a vacation in daman.

Spent Easter at this hotel and it was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and cozy, and the staff was friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is close to the beach, and the view of the water was stunning. The food was delicious, and they offered a variety of options. The swimming pool was refreshing and clean. The hotel had a live band playing every evening, which was very entertaining.
The hotel could use some updating. The décor was a bit outdated.

Great location near the beach and close to other hotels and restaurants. Pleasant outdoor restaurant staff and good selection of beverages. Room was clean and comfortable.
Had a terrible experience with the service staff. No sense of urgency in serving guests.
